New Patients– Cash Price/Out-of-Network
New patient evaluations will take a comprehensive approach to understanding you as an individual, what mental health symptoms you are experiencing and how these impact your goals in life.
60 minutes appointments: $400
Existing Patients– Cash Price/Out-of-Network
We will use these appointments to discuss responses to previous treatment plans made and continue to work towards reaching your mental health goal.
25 minutes appointments: $200
50 minutes appointments: $350
Cancellation
Once an appointment is scheduled, please call or send a message within 48 business hours if you need to reschedule. Any reschedules made within 48 business hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
No Show
Appointments that are missed without prior notification or cancellation will be charged a no show fee of $100. 3 or more consecutive no shows within 1 calendar year will result in termination of the patient-physician relationship. In order to seek further treatment, the patient is responsible for re-establishing care.
